Cleaned DepEd school-level datasets, SY 2017-18 to SY 2025-26 (version 1.0, 2026-10-25)

Two sets of terms apply to this release.

1. The data files
The cleaned datasets and helper tables are built from the Department of Education's (DepEd) public datasets,
which DepEd publishes under its Terms of Use and Fair Use Policy (https://www.deped.gov.ph/machine-ready-files/).
Those terms require anything built on DepEd's data to be distributed under the same terms, and they do not allow
added restrictions, so the data files are distributed under DepEd's terms, not ours. If you use them:
  - credit the Department of Education as the source of the data;
  - do not suggest that DepEd is involved in, associated with, or endorses your work;
  - follow DepEd's guidelines on assessment data: do not compare test scores across school years, and do not
    rank schools;
  - read DepEd's full terms before you publish anything built on the files.
DepEd's terms also say its materials may not be modified beyond editorial changes without its approval. The
original DepEd files were never edited, and every change in this release is listed in harmonisation_rules.csv and
codebook.csv. If DepEd asks us to change or withdraw this release, we will.

2. Our own work
The cleaning pipeline, codebook, harmonisation rules, README and documentation are
